摘要
本文对由吉林省向海沼泽湿地采集的土壤样品进行了四种形态 (铵态氮、硝态氮、碱解氮和全氮 )氮素分析 ,结果表明 ,该区四种形态的氮素含量都相对较低 ,除硝态氮含量最高值出现在腐殖质层外 ,其它形态氮素含量均以草根层最高 ;各形态氮素随土壤深度的总体变化趋势是由上到下逐渐减少 ,且在腐殖质层附近均出现一累积峰 ,消长趋势基本一致 ;氮素对湿地生态系统的生产效应显著。
The concentration variation of the four forms(NH 4-N, NO 3-N, K-N,TN ) of nitrogen in the soil samples taken from Xianghai mire wetland and its productive effects on wetland plants were analyzed in this paper. The results were found that the concentration of nitrogen is relatively lower contents, except that the content of NO 3-N is the highest in the humus layer, the highest concentration of NH 4-N, K-N and TN appears in the grass-root layer; the change tendency of all the forms of nitrogen in the soil profile is gradually to decrease from top to bottom with the increase of the depth of soil and the one accumulation peak near peat layer; their tendency of increase and decrease is consistent with each other, that is, the highest content in grass-root layer, and the lowest content in gleying layer. Except for NO 3-N, the others are obviously influenced by pH values; moreover, nitrogen in soil has remarkably productive effects on the productivity of wetland ecosystem.
