摘要
分析了砷冰铜的物理化学特性 ,提出配纯碱焙烧 ,加催化剂助氧化常压脱砷新工艺。在焙烧温度80 0℃ ,纯碱 :砷冰铜 =0 66,焙烧时间 2 5h ,催化剂用量为 2 % ;浸出时间 1h ,温度 40℃ ;液固比 4∶1时 ,砷的脱除率达97 97% ;铜、镍、钴的回收率分别为 96 63 %、98 79%、92 10 %
Based on the physico chemical characteristic's analysis of arsenic matte,a new technology including soda roasting and oxidizing with catalyst adding was proposed in this paper The results indicate that de arsenic rate was reached up to 97 97%,the recoveries of copper,nickel and cobalt were reached up to 96 63%,98 79% and 92 10% respectively under the following conditions:800℃ roasting 2 5h with soda∶arsenic matte=0 66 and the catalyst additive is 2%;40℃ leaching 1h with L/S=4∶1
