摘要
对复合离子聚合物调剖剂的组成和化学反应原理进行了研究 ,根据大庆油田目前所用的配方 ,通过室内实验得到了相对分子质量不同的多种配方调剖剂 ,并对其成胶特点、在岩心中物理堵塞作用的大小、以及用量对调剖效果的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明 ,复合离子聚合物调剖剂的交联时间可以控制 ,成胶时间从 2天到十几天不等。成胶后强度大 ,粘度大于 2 0Pa·s且有效期长 ,在实验观察 9个月的时间里 ,冻胶的粘度没有明显降低。另外 ,复合离子聚合物调剖剂对地层的堵塞作用大 ,地层条件下可使渗透率降低 6 0 %以上。该调剖剂已在大庆油田进行了矿场试验 。

It has polycation, polyanion and nonion in its molecular chain. The component, the action mechanism and the basic formulation of the profile modification agent are studied. More than 40 formulations of the agent are developed. Among them, the amphoteric copolymers have different molecular weights. The characteristics of cross linking, adaptability and blocking efficiency of the agent are investigated. The effect of mount used in the profile modification is discussed. The experiment results indicate that this profile modification agent can delay gelling. The gelling time is 2 to 10 days. The viscosity of this profile modification agent is more than 20 Pa·s when it is gelled. There is no obviously decline in its viscosity in about 9 months. This novel profile modification agent has been used in Daqing oilfield, and a good profile modification effect has been gotten.
