An analysis of the problems in the organizational work concerning materials supply indicates that negligence of rules and poor sense of responsibility are the major factors that influence quality control.So it is necessary to carry out the job responsibility promotion system aimed to clarify job responsibilities and objectives,the job innovation system characterized by dynamic management of the three posts,the supervisory system based on specialized work flow and rules-centered personnel management,and the educational system intended to improve staff quality.
