摘要
通过合成既能使NaY粒径减小 ,又能缩短NaY晶化时间含有促进剂A的新型导向剂 ,开发成功了亚微米NaY分子筛 (介于纳米与微米之间 )合成工艺技术。通过对不同粒径的NaY分子筛进行性能研究 ,表明比表面积、酸量随着粒径的减小而增加。粒径太小的分子筛其稳定性、活性低 ,不能满足FCC催化剂的使用要求 ,应用于FCC催化剂的合适的分子筛粒径为 5 0 0~ 80 0nm。
The submicron NaY zeolite is synthesized by developing a new directing agent which can lessen crystal size and shorten crystallization time of NaY zeolite. Experimental results show the surface area and acid volume increase with the decrease of crystal size. NaY zeolite with too small crystal size can not meet the demand of FCC catalyst due to its low stability and activity. Suitable crystal size ranges from 500 to 800nm.
