摘要
根据破乳机理 ,设计并且合成出一种既能快速破乳 ,又有广泛适用性的梳状聚醚破乳剂。通过测量酸值、固含量和分离出的水体积 ,研究了合成过程的机理与反应动力学。梳状聚醚破乳剂的制备过程如下 :将聚醚与丙烯酸在带水剂甲苯的作用下进行酯化反应 ,然后在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰的作用下 ,于 80℃下进行自由基聚合 ,最后在带水剂甲苯的作用下进行缩合聚合。动力学研究结果表明 :(1)聚合反应阶段是聚合与酯化相互竞争的过程 ;(2 )缩合反应阶段主要是酯化反应。得到的破乳剂具有破乳速率快、脱水效率高。
Based on demulsion mechanism, polyether demulsifiers with comb configuration, which could both demulsify fast and be used with a very wide variety of crude oil emulsions, were designed and synthesized. The mechanism and reaction kinetics for the synthesis process were investigated by measuring acid value, solid content and separated water volume. Polyether demulsifiers with comb configuration were manufactured as follows. First, the polyether was esterified with acrylic acid in the presence of entraining agent toluene. Then initiator BPO (Benzoyl peroxide) was added to the solution prepared above. And the mixture was stirred at 80 ℃ for radical polymerization. Lastly, condensation polymerization for the solution was carried out in the presence of entraining agent toluene. The results provided by reaction kinetics show that (1) polymerization process is a competing one between polymerization and esterification; (2)esterification reaction mainly takes place in the process of condensation reaction. The obtained demulsifier, which is widely available for the most of crude oil emulsion, has high demulsifying rate and separation efficiency.
