摘要
水基金属加工液、水基金属清洗剂中表面活性剂对水溶性防锈剂的防锈作用有一定的影响。利用锈蚀试验、电化学测试技术及现代物理分析方法考察了水溶性表面活性剂对水基金属加工液中防锈剂作用的影响。结果表明 ,在水溶性表面活性剂存在时 ,羧酸盐比硼酸盐能更有效地防止锈蚀的发生 ,且在一定范围内 。
The interfering effects of surfactants on the effectiveness of water soluble rust inhibitors in water base metal working fluids and water base metal cleaners were investigated. Experiments were conducted with cast coupon rust test. It was found that carboxylates used as the rust inhibitor could effectively prevent the occurrence of rust. Carboxylate showed better performance than borate at presence of water soluble surfactants. It was also found that effectiveness of carboxylates to prevent rust rose with its carbon number increasing. Results of electrochemical test showed that destructive potential and polar resistance could qualitatively reflect the abilities of antirust of rust inhibitors .Analytical results of cast coupon surface characterized by SIMS and AES were also discussed.
