摘要
针对间歇式液相小本体聚丙烯装置的生产特点 ,根据生产实际经验 ,对如何控制聚丙烯粉料熔体指数进行分析 ,总结出一些有效的控制措施。文章表明 ,只要控制得当 ,间歇式小本聚丙烯装置产品的熔体指数可以控制在n± 1.5g/ 10min的较稳定范围。
The melt index control of polypropylene in batch type liquid phase bulk polypropylene equipment has long been a concern of petroleum refiners.In this paper some effective control methods are introduced and the results show that the melt index of polypropylene in batch type liquid phase bulk polypropylene can be controlled in a narrow range of n±1.5g/10min.
