摘要
以 1台在役加氢反应器 DC1 0 1 A为典型 ,提出了加氢反应器停车后再次开车时的最低升压温度确定方法。基于该加氢反应器中的试验试块研究结果 ,在 99%置信度下 ,计算了该加氢反应器运行 5 a后再次开车时最低升压温度 ,其值应不小于 - 2℃ ,以确保加氢反应器安全运行。
An in- service hydrogenation reactor DC10 1A is chosen to be the representative,and the m ethod for the determ ination of the Minim um Pressurizing Tem perature (MPT) is proposed. Based on the results of tests perform ed on the test block after five years exposure to the hydrogenation reactor environment and the 99percent confidence lim it,the MPT for the hydrogenation reactor after five years service is determined and the value of the MPT is equal to ,or more than - 2℃ when start- up again.
