摘要
天然气净化工艺中硫回收装置的行业特性与GB 16 2 97- 1996标准中规定的SO2 排放标准严重脱节 ,硫回收装置将形成天然气工业发展的“瓶颈”。基于国情 ,本文认为应制定有关天然气行业SO2 排放标准 ,其中包括 :视装置处理规模分段规定最低硫回收率 ;不回收硫的潜硫量上限 ,以促进天然气工业进一步的发展。
Because of the technical characterization, the tail gas edritted from suifur recoVry unit (SRU) does not meet with the standard of SO2 emitted on GB l6297 - 1996 seriously, the SRU will be formed as a 'bottleneck' in the natural gas industry development. Based on the fact, this paper suggestes that the proper authority should make an alternative standard for SO 2 emitted from SRU in order to develop the natural gas industry. For example, according to the unit scale, the minimal ratio of sulfur recovery is rated separately by this alternative standard and the upper limit of potential sulfur amount is defined by this standard when the sulfur is not recovered.
