四川含硫气田缓蚀剂及应用技术研究 被引量:15

RESEARCH OF CORROSION INHIBITIORS AND ITS APPLICATION IN CONTAINING - H 2S GAS FIELDS OF SICIIUAN

摘要 四川主力气田普遍存在较严重的腐蚀问题 ,缓蚀剂在四川气田已应用多年并取得明显效果。但近年来 ,四川气田出现一些新的腐蚀问题 ,现有的防腐技术已无法解决。针对新的腐蚀问题研究出CT2 - 14棒状缓蚀剂、CT2 - 15气液两相缓蚀剂等新的缓蚀剂品种和缓蚀剂残余浓度分析等配套技术 ,并在川东大天池气田、川中磨溪气田、川西北中坝气田及集输管线内进行了应用 ,在此基础上总结出了各区块的防腐方案。研究的缓蚀剂在川中磨溪气田、川西北雷三气藏、川东大天池气田的应用 ,腐蚀速率均低于 0 .12 5mm/a ;残余浓度分析方法的最低检出限为 30mg/L ,方法的精确度± 10 % ,该方法的加标回收率范围为 95 %~ 10 5 % ,具有较好的现场应用价值。 Severe corrosion exists in the main gas fields in Sichuan. The corrosion inhibitors have been applied in Sichuan for many years and received good effects. But in late years, new corrosion problems occured and can't been solved with the present technology. Based on this, we developed stick corrosion inhbitor CT2 - 14, gas - liquid phase corrision inhibitor CT2 -15, and the analysis technology of corrosion inhibitors residual concentration. These products and technology were applied in Datianchi gas field in east Sichuan, Moxi gas field in middle Sichuan, Zhongba gas field in northwest Sichuan, and projects of corrosion prevention in each gas field has been determined. Using the developed corrosion inhibitors,the average corrosion rate is lower than 0. 200mm/a in Moxi, lower than 0. 125mm/a in Zhongba and Datianchi; the rnimimum limit of corrosion inhibitors's residual concentration analysis method is 30mg/L, the accurency is 10%,the range of adding - standard recycling rate is 95%~105%
