During the process of one enterpris e' s innovation and development,the mo st factor is management,the in-novation and development of medium a nd small -sized technologial enterp rise is more based on effective Tech -In-novation Management.This paper stu died on tech medium and small sized en terprise' s tech -innovation management modes,and then provides some new mod es as reference for Chinese tech medi um and small -sized enterprises.
