光谱标样标准值的不确定度的估计

Estimate the uncertainess of standard value of spectrometric standard sample

根据ISOGuide 35 (1989)标准物质定值的一般原则和统计原理 ,提出了光谱标样标准值的不确定度的估计应考虑光谱标样的定值系统与使用系统的差别。

According to ISO Guide 35(1989) statistical principle of constant vaule of standard sample,put forward that estimating the uncertainess of standard value of spectrometric standard sample should consider the differences between constant vaule system of spectrometric standard sample and using system;the uncertainess of standard value of spectrometric standard sample is estimated by constant value analysis and standard deviation checked regularly.
