云芝肝泰冲剂、复肝宁治疗乙型肝炎双盲法疗效评价

A clinical trial with double-blind method:evaluation of the efficacy of yunzhigantal and fuganning in treatment of hepatitis B

对云芝肝泰冲剂、复肝宁采用随机的双盲对照方法和敏感的Abbott试剂进行了临床观察后测试,初步结果显示该二药对肝功能无明显改善,对HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转亦无明显效果。

To be in line with the plan made by the Ministry of Health that the market drugs are to be reappraised. the Hepatitis Division of Henan Institute of Medical Scien- ces, a base for clinical assessment of drugs for hepatitis, is undertaking the reap- praisal of the home made drugs commonly prescribed for hepatitis patients. The authors made clinical assessment of Yunzhigantai and Fugarining at????dom with the wellcontrolled doubleblind method and tested the serum samples of patients with Abbott kits. The preliminary results indicate that these drugs do not appar- antly improve the liver functions and affect the conversion of HBsAg, HBeAg, or HBV DNA.
