论述了从钢铁工业战略调整的高度来认识参加WTO的意义 ,指出钢管企业在战术上进行调整的几个主要方面 ,也提出了在入世问题上政府应及时作好准备 。
The writer discussed the meaning of joining WTO and pointed out several directions of adjusting the pipe production structure. The government should prepare for the joining WTO to provide the necessary outer environment for enterprises.
