韶钢中板轧机液压AGC系统液压部分存在的问题及对策

Prbliems Existing in Hydraulic Part of Hydraulic AGC System and Countermeasures at Medium Plate Mill in Shaoguan Steelwork

对韶钢中板轧机液压 AGC系统油液清洁度达不到目标精度要求、管路冲击振动过大、油温过高、内外泄漏较多、液压缸定位吊装困难、液压缸有杆腔油液无法更换、活塞杆局部磨损等问题作了简要的探讨 ,并提出了解决的措施。

Brief explorations are made of the problems that cleanliness degree of fluid in hydraulic AGC system at medium plate mill in Shaoauan Steelworks doesn't meet target cleanliness requirement,over shock vibration occurs in piheline,oil temperature is too high,there is much internal and external leakage,there is difficulty is positioning and lifting for erection of the hydraulic cylinder,fluid cannot be changed in piston bore of hydraulic cylinder,local wear occurs on piston rod,etc and solutions are put forward.
