摘要
根据铸铁球所处的工作条件,在普通的白口铸铁球化学成分的基础上,按合金化原理重新设计其成分,经变质处理、并进行铸造余温吹风冷却来制作铸铁球,使铸球表层到心部硬度均达到HRC50以上,冲击韧性aK>5.5J/cm2,而且耐磨损、抗破碎,制造成本较低,是制作耐磨件较为理想的一种方法.
A kind of cast iron ball has been made according to its working conditions and on the basis of the chemical ingredients of ordinary white cast iron.The ingredients are newly designed according to the alloying principles.The cast iron balls are made bymetamorphose treatment and cooling with casting residual heat.The hardness from surface to heart of the cast iron balls is above HRC50,The impact strength a k >5.5J /cm 2 ,and they are grind-resistant and crush-resistant.Its cost is low.So it is a good method for making grind-resistant parts.
