分步沉淀法制备氧化锌超细粉体的工艺研究

摘要 以ZnSO4为原料 ,采用氨水和NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂 ,首先ZnSO4和一定量氨水反应得到Zn(OH) 2 晶核 ,再与NH4HCO3反应包覆沉淀Zn5(OH) 6(CO3) 2 ,制得的复合前驱体经烘干 ,在 45 0℃下煅烧 90分钟得到超细ZnO粉体。 A preparation process of ZnO ultra fine powders was investigated.Firstly,the ZnSO 4 solution were added to ammonia solution and got Zn(OH) 2 crystal nucleus.Secondly,NH 4HCO 3 solution were added to system and got Zn(OH) 2 and Zn 5(OH) 6(CO 3) 2 composite precipitate.Thirdly,the precipitate was dried and calcined for 90 minutes at 450℃.The technical conditions of step by step precipitation process,such as the ZnSO 4 solution concentration,the NH 4HCO 3 solution ,reaction temperature and adding rate of NH 4HCO 3 solution are well discussed.
