摘要
分析了在海绵钛的还原生产过程中边皮钛的形成机理及增多的原因 ,提出了还原中期最大加料速度应限制在 2 40kg/h ,以缓解反应剧烈程度和控制反应液面在 2点范围内小幅波动 ,防止形成新的活性中心。
During the titanium sponge manufacturing process, a large amount of circular edged titanium sponge will be generated, whose quantity is ranged from 400~600kg By analyzing the generating reasons and the mechanism of edged titanium sponge during manufacturing process, this article puts forward a key way to reduce the edged titanium sponge quantity of output by limiting the maximum mid term feeding speed at 240kg/h to slow the intense reaction extent, and by controlling the reaction liquid level to fluctuate slightly at 2 point to prevent from creating of new active center
