The characteristic of ceramic thermal resistance and the characteristic of composite PTC thermal resistance are introduced. Two kind of normal temperature models of PTC thermal resistance are deduced and in final one unified normal temperature model is got also with the test result data the characteristics of two kind PTC thermal resistance are interpretted.
