摘要
研制了一种光纤燃烧传感系统,用以测量汽油机燃烧火焰光谱。试验中测量了CH(431nm)、C2(516nm)及H2O(588nm)三种特征谱线在不同工况下的光强变化曲线。并提出了一种新的评价燃烧循环变动的方法,即用光变化曲线的特征参数来评价。试验结果表明,光强变化曲线能够反映燃烧过程进行的好坏及燃烧的时间特性,可以用来进行燃烧循环变动的评价。
An optical fiber combustion sensing system is introduced here, which can be used in measuring the combustion emission spectra in gasoline engines. In this experiment, the curves of luminous intensity variations of three characteristic spectra CH(431nm)、C2(516nm) and H2O(588nm) under different operational conditions are measured. One new evaluation method of combustion cyclic variation is proposed. The results show that the obtained curves reveal the actual goodness of combustion process, and the time characteristics of combustion can be displayed on these curves. So the curves can be used to evaluate the cyclic variation of combustion.
