样品介电性质对ST—ESR谱的影响

摘要 作者直接观察了由于样品介电性质不同造成的ST-ESR谱的差异,接着尝试采用“功率补偿”方法消除这种差异及其造成的^(τ)C量误差。作者还研究了在ST-ESR谱对^(τ)C的整个敏感范围内样品介电性质的作用。结果表明,在ST-ESR方法的实际应用中,样品介电性质作用造成的^(τ)C测量误差较大,需要采用“功率补偿”方法消除这种误差。 We observed the difference between the ST-ESR spectra caused by the difference of the dielectric properties of the samples directly. Then we tried to eliminate these differences and the error of the measured τC caused by them by using the 'power compensation' method. We also studied the effects of the dielectric property of the sample in the whole range in which the ST-ESR spectra are sensitive to τC. The results show that the error of the measured τC is large and it is necessary to eliminate the error by using the 'power compensation' method when we make use of the ST-ESR method.
