根据电镜和光镜的形态学观察及ATP检测,判定狗肾上腺用Euro-Collins液单次低温灌注后冷保存时限为40h;以0.098kPa(100cmH_2O)压力,按8ml/min的速度灌洗狗左肾上腺10min效果满意;应用生物发光技术检测ATP判定组织活力能满足简单、快速、准确的要求。

This paper reports that according to the morphological studies with electron. and light microscopy and ATP determination. The tolerance time of cold preservation of the dog adrenal in Euro-Collins solution after simple hypotemperature perfusion is 40 hours. The effect is satisfactory.that the dog adrenal is perfused for 10 min under the hydrostatic pressure of 0.098 kPa and by 8 ml/min. Determining ATP by using bioluminescence technique to judge the tissue viability can meet the demands of simplicity, rapidity and preciseness.
