摘要
在集成管理系统概念中提出了3个基本的管理功能:规划、运作和管理变革。这些功能相当于一个三维空间的相应坐标。同时,必须区分管理功能与使能器的区别。创新是本文的核心问题。在创新模型中有5个方块,对其中前3块作了详细描述。对战略协调块,利用GE的实例作了讨论,并介绍了它的两个使能器:核心能力规划和文化问题。对组织创新性块应输出一系列设想并由选辑组合块加以筛选也作了说明。
In the integrated management system (IMS) concept, three basic management functions are propsed, including planning, operations and managing change. These functions can be considered respective coordinates of a three dimensional space. Meanwhile, the differences between management functions and en- ablers must be distinguished. Innovation is the core issue in this paper. There are five blocks in the innovation model, and the first three are described in much detail. The strategic harmony block is discussed with the ex- amples from GE, and its enablers, i. e. core competence planning and cultural issues, are introduced. Also shown is that the output of organizational creativity block is supposed to be a series of ideas, and the later are screened by the portfolio alignment block.
