CPFR can help partners to establish more accurate forecasting and effective replenishment Planning. It can increase sales and reduce inventory while maintaining high-level Service. Based on a series of business processes, the partners set up the sales and operation plan. The sales plan and replenishment plan are updated by means of electronic communication, which improves the accuracy of planning and effectively re- duces the cost. The organization methods, data organization, business rules and hardware/software standards are suggested for the impementation of CPFR.
