物化—生化工艺处理含有浆粕废水及粘胶废水的化纤废水的试验研究

Experiment Physico-Chemical-Biochemical Process to Treat Chemical Fiber Wastewater which Contains Glue and Dregs of Rice

含有浆粕废水及粘胶废水的化纤废水内有各种难降解有机物。本文对其进行了试验研究。事实证明了物化—生化工艺是可行的 ,其具有运行管理简单、基建投资少、产泥量少等优点。同时本文提出了主要设计参数。出水COD、BOD与SS都达到了GB8978— 1996表 4Ⅱ级标准。

There are various kinds of organic matter which is difficult to degrade in the chemical fibre wastewater.Through the experimental study,the physico-chemical- biochemical process test is feasible.This process has the advantages of running and managing simple,low investment and sludge residue.Also the main design parameter are put forward in this paper.The COD, BOD and SS value of the effluent all reached the GB8978-1996 4 Ⅱrequest.
