论述了网络环境下编目员工作职能更新的可能性和必然性 ,提出编目员要不断提高自身素质 。
This paper discusses the probability and inevitability of transforming the working functions of the cataloguers under network environment, points out that the cataloguers should increase their own quality unseasingly to fit in with the transformation of the role.
