摘要
从电子档案的概念和特点出发 ,探讨了电子档案实体的管理 。
Starting from the concept and features of electronic archives, this paper probes into the management of the entity of electronic archives, the utilization of the information of electronic archives and some problems in need of immediate settlement for realizing effective management of electronic archives.
