针对我国公共图书馆的现状 ,提出了在现阶段只有坚持挖潜增效的方针 ,才能推进图书馆各项工作的开展 ,最大限度地发挥图书馆的整体效益 。

In the light og the present situation of our country's public libraries, this paper points out that only in the way of persisting in the principle of taping the potential and increasing the benefit can all items of library's work be promoted and can the entire benefit of the library be brought into play, and expounds the ideas of taping the potential and increasing the benefit of the library.
