摘要
本文研究了在模拟日光照射下,真丝绸的泛黄机理.研究结果表明泛黄真丝绸的黄度指数与氙灯照射时间之间是乘幂函数的关系;泛黄真丝绸中的色氨酸,组氨酸及酪氨酸的损失百分率最大.其中色氨酸与酪氨酸是引起真丝绸泛黄的关键氨基酸.泛黄真丝绸的黄度指数增值与色氨酸损失率以及与酪氨酸损失率之间均是线性关系,并分别求得了它们的线性方程式.
The mechanism of silk yellowing by irradiation of silk with xenon lamp have been studied. The results
revealed that the relation between yellowness index of irradiated silk and exposure time is a powerlaw equa-
tion. After irradiation, the most decomposed amino acids are corresponding to tryptophan, histidine and
tryosine. Is is quite clear that tryptophan and tryosine play an important role in the yellowing of silk.
Our experiment has provided some further data concerning the mechanism of silk yellowing. The data
obtained indicate that the relations between increase in yellowness indices and decrease in tryptophan and
tryosine are linear equations. They indicate the contribution of tryptophan and tryosine, respectively in the
process of silk yellowing.
