摘要 永磁无刷直流电机的换相和控制都需要准确的转子位置信息,而机械式位置传感器有较多的缺点。本文提出了一种新方法,通过测量非导通相的反电势波形,运用Kalman滤波器,估计出转子的位置,与传统的对反电势深度滤波不同,它无时间延迟,能得到瞬时的转子位置和速度。 The exact rotor position is required while a permanent magnet brushless DC motor is under commutation and control. However, mechanical sensor such as a rotary encoder or a resolver has some fatal defects. This paper propose a new approach for sensorless control. Using Kalman filter, the rotor position is estimated by detecting back EMF of non-conducted phase of BLDCM. In comparison with deeply filtering back EMF, the position and velocity of rotor is gained without time delay.
