摘要
本文用相干函数分析了引起ZW-300型喷水织机摇轴轴管产生应力的原因,对管壁进行了应变测定,计算出其主应力及相应的方向,并得出第四个园孔的应力集中系数,推断该孔边缘必然有裂纹产生以致轴管断裂,断裂方向与轴向成110°~120°且贯穿该孔.所得结论与实际断裂情况完全一致.
In this paper, the reason causing the stresses on the rocking shaft of type ZW-300 wat-
er-jet loom was analyazed by means of the coherance technique. After measuring the
strains of that shaft, the main stresses and their directions as well as the factors of stress con-
centration of the fourth centre hole had been calculated and the crack propagation on the
edge of the hole was proved. Finally, the shaft would be fractured in fatigue and the angle
hetween the fracture plane and the axis of the shaft was proved to be 110°-120° in both
theory and practice.
