摘要
为提高发动机管理系统电子控制单元在恶劣的电磁干扰环境下运行的可靠性,针对电子控制装置工作环境的特点,通过分析造成电路损坏和影响正常工作的原因,提出了电子控制单元硬件设计中应该采取的防护和抑制干扰的措施。通过严格的抗干扰测试及经过长时间发动机台架试验和道路试验,证实发动机管理系统的工作是可靠的。
In order to improve the reliability of electronic control units of engine management systems under severe electromagnetic interference environments, electromagnetic interference proofing and restrain measurements that should be applied in the design of hardware of electronic control units have been presented on the basis of the features of operating environments of electronic control units and analysis of reasons that result in circuits destroyed and normal work disturbed, It is proved by strict anti-interference tests and long time engine bench tests and road tests that the engine management system is reliable.
