摘要
接缝抗弯刚度是装配式衬砌结构设计的重要参数,工程中一般是通过接头的荷载试验来确定。文章以某拟建大型水工盾构隧洞的管片接头荷载试验为基础,简要介绍了装配式管片接头荷载的试验方法、影响接头刚度的各种因素及其影响规律。通过对试验数据的分析,建立了管片接头抗弯刚度的经验公式,给出了不同偏心距的接头抗弯刚度系数的变化范围。
Bending stiffness of segment joint is a important parameter in shield tunnel structure design. In most cases , the bending stiffness of segment joint is given by joint load test. This paper deals with the method of the seg-mental joint load test, and the factors affecting the bending stiffness is also discussed. Based on the results from joint load test, the empirical formula of bending stiffness of the segmental joint is developed, the range of bending stiffness of joint with different eccentricity is given.
