通过连铸二冷喷嘴的冷、热态性能测试及其计算机仿真系统进行二冷区温度场和坯壳厚度及液芯长度的模拟、优化,可指导现场生产,提高铸坯的实物质量。
With the result of testing the performance under hot and cold condition of the nozzle in the secondary cooling region of continuous caster, and simulating and optimizing the temperature field in the secondary cooling region, shell thickness and liquid core length by computer simulation system, the actual production can be conducted and the quality of casting billet improved.
