Analysis of resulphurization in the low-sulphur steelmaking process in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.

通过对低硫钢试验过程进行分析 ,研究了影响转炉冶炼过程回硫的各种因素 ,确定非低硫钢溅渣是转炉回硫的主要因素之一 。

The factors affecting resulphurization in liquid steel were discussed after testing the low sulphur steel for several times in No.3 Steel making Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co. It is found that one of the main factors is the slag with much more sulphur,which is the residue of splashing slag just from the former non low sulphur liquid steel.As a result,the resulphurization can be reduced by means of the low sulphur steel smelting on converter heat by heating without interruption.
