宣钢8号高炉提高煤比的措施

Pulverized coal injection practice of Xuanhua Steel's No. 8 BF

宣钢8号高炉喷煤系统采用中速磨制粉、一级布袋收粉、双管路喷吹等技术。通过改善原料条件、提高风温、富氧、优化高炉操作等措施,煤比稳步提高,2000年全年煤比平均为123 kg/t,2001年3月份达到143kg/t。

Mid-speed mill,unique bag dust collector and double main-pipes injection were adopted at Xuanhua Steel's No. 8 BF. A series of measures, such as improving the quality of burden, increasing blast temperature,improving BF operation,were taken. As results,the average PCI rate of No. 8 BF reached 123 kg/t in 2000,and coal rate reached 143 kg/t in March,2001.
