两种硬蜱的染色体扫描电镜观察初报 被引量:2

Scanning Electromicroscopy on the Chromosomes of Boophilus Microplus and Heamaphysalis Japonica(Acari:Ixodidae)

摘要 取日本血蜱和微小牛蜱卵早期胚细胞,按苏州医学院寄生虫学教研室气干法制备染色体标本,显徽摄影后,采用饿酸—鞣酸—镀膜技术,扫描电镜观察.结果:日本血蜱染色体标本经胰酶预处理后,其染色体臂呈弹簧样螺旋结构;微小牛蜱染色体标本按常规Giemsa 染色,染色体表面光滑。本文为蜱亚目染色体扫描电镜观察的首次报告,并讨论了蜱类染色体螺旋结构与G 显带的关系. Using air-drying method,we have made some scanning electron microscopy(SEM)invest(?)-gation of the chromosomes of Boophilus microplus and heamaphysalis Japonica.Chromosomes ofthree-dimensional cylindricity were observed in 2 species of ticks.In Giemsa stained chromo-some of Boophilus microplus smooth surface was observed,while the chromosome of heama-physalis Japonica pretreated by trypsin showed structure of quaternary colis on their arm.It is re-ported for the first time in Ixodida.
