Calculated the internal stress of the compounded slide plate nozzle by the thermal elasticity theory and the finite element method(FEM).If the external part can meet the demand,compared with low carbon contents,the high carbon contents can better utilize the properties of the material,and thus to improve the thermal shock resistance and service life of the SV.
