摘要
为提高包钢高炉渣的脱硫能力 ,模拟包钢现场高炉渣的成分 ,配制了变碱度、变MgO、变Al2 O3、变CaF2 系列合成渣样 ,进行脱硫实验 ,结果表明 ,自由碱度为 1 0~ 1 1,MgO的质量分数为 10 %~ 13 % ,Al2 O3 的质量分数为10 %~ 12 %的炉渣 ,稳定性较好 ,脱硫能力强 。
In order to improve the capacity of desulfurization of Baogang blast furnace slag,according to current chemical constitutes of baogang blast furnace slag,complex slag samples were confected which included changing basicity,magnesia,alumina and calcium fluoride series.The experiments of desulfurization were processed,which indicates that the slag (free basicity(1.0~1.1),magnesia(10%~13%) and alumina(10%~12%))has better stability and higher capacity of desulfurization suitable to blast furnace production
