摘要
在CAS工艺水模拟研究中 ,以修正的伽利略准数作为对钢包内夹杂物上浮规律模拟研究的判据 ,实验证实了CAS法在去除夹杂物方面的优越性能 ,同时 ,实验结果表明 。
Based on revised Galileo dimensionless number,a study of water model was made on the floatation regularities of inclusions in CAS process.It is concluded that the CAS method has good effect in removing inclusions,simultaneously,the results show that the flow rate of bottom stirring and snorkel insertion depth are the main influence on the floatation of inclusions.
