摘要 采用灰化薄样法制样 ,偏最小二乘法和多项式曲线拟合法校正基体效应 ,X射线荧光光谱法分析了锌合金中Al,Cu ,Sn ,Fe ,Pb ,Cd 6种主次量元素 ,方法具有标样制备简单 ,制样成本低 ,基体效应小、操作简便等特点 ,分析结果的准确度和精密度符合生产要求。 A method for the determination of six major and minor elements(such as Al,Cu,Sn,Fe,Pb,Cd) in zinc alloy by XPF has been studied in this paper.Samples were prepared by ashing thin film and matrix effect were corrected based on PLS and polynominal curve fitting.This method is characterized by low cost,simple in preparing the certified reference material, lower matrix effect,simple operation etc.The accuracy and precision of the results were satisfactory for the demands of production.Especially it is effective to the analysis of a new zinc alloy without the certified reference material.
