摘要
在Na2 B4 O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中 ,痕量钼 对KBrO3氧化胭脂红的褪色反应有催化作用 ,褪色程度与Mo 量在一定范围内呈线性关系 ,由此建立测定痕量Mo 的分光光度法。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 1 6× 10 - 1 0 g/mL ,线性范围为0~ 5 0 μg/L。
In the buffer solution of Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH(pH 9.6),the fading reaction of carmine by oxidizing with KBrO 3 catalyzed strongly by trace Mo*& has been studied,its fading extent is linear with the concentration of Mo*&.Based on this study,a catalysis spectrophotometric method for determining trace Mo*& was developed.The results show that the detection limits of the method is 1.6×10 -10 g/mL and the linear range is 0 0-50μg/L for Mo*& at 525nm.The method has been applied to determine trace Mo in stone coal cinder with satisfactory results.
