摘要
利用TC -4 3 6氮氧仪的程序升温功能 ,研究了一系列光谱纯氧化物试剂Fe2 O3,MnO2 ,NiO ,CuO ,SiO2 ,Al2 O3以及稀土氧化物La2 O3,CeO2 等的氧释放曲线 ;每种氧化物在给定条件下 ,以跟踪式升温方式受热释放氧 ,得到了分解温度、分解电流和分解功率。发现不同氧化物分解温度由低到高的顺序为 :CuO <Fe2 O3<NiO <MnO2 <SiO2 <Al2 O3。研究了脱氧纯铁与SiO2 或Al2 O3混合物的氧状态分析图 ,模拟钢中夹杂的化学行为。以纯氧化物为参照 ,做了不同钢种中的氧化物夹杂的氧状态分析 ,指认了钢中Al系氧化物夹杂的分解峰 。
Using the function for program raising temperature of TC-436 nitrogen oxygen analyzer the oxygen releasing curves of a series of spectra pure oxides,such as Fe 2O 3,MnO 2,NiO,CuO,SiO 2,Al 2O 3,La 2O 3,CeO 2 and other rare earth oxides were studied. The decomposing temperature,decomposing power and decomposing current for each oxide under the given conditions by program raising temperatures were obtained The order of decomposing temperatures (from low to high) for different oxides was found as follows:CuO<Fe 2O 3<NiO<MnO 2<SiO 2<Al 2O 3 Diagrams for state analysis of oxygen in the mixtures of deoxy pure iron and SiO 2 or Al 2O 3 were investigated to simulate the chemical behavior of inclusion in steel Using pure oxides as references,the state analysis of oxygen for oxide inclusion in different steels was carried out,and the different decomposing peaks of oxide inclusion for Al system in steels were identified A very good correlativity between the results of the state analysis of oxygen and inclusion electrolytic analysis was obtained
