摘要
建立了快速测定硫酸铬中铬 含量的分光光度法。以EDTA作铬 的掩蔽剂 ,测定时无需进行分离。铬 在 0～2 5 μg/mL范围内呈线性关系 ,相关系数r=0 9992 ,检出限 0 0 2 μg/mL ,回收率 95 2 %～ 10 4 3 % ,RSD≤ 2 7%。方法简单。
