摘要
用噻氯匹啶、阿斯匹林与腹蛇抗栓酶治疗25例急性脑血栓病人,这3种药物对肾上腺素引起的血小板聚集的影响和临床疗效中,噻氯匹啶和腹蛇抗栓酶比阿斯匹林显著。
25 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were divided randomly in three groups and treatedwith ticlopidine,aspirin and Svate—3,respetively.The affect of these three drugs on platelet ag-gregation were observed,Ticlopidine and Svate—3 can inhibit adrenaline induced platelet aggre-gation significantly,but aspirin can not.These results are consistent with their therapentic benef(?)-ciency.
