XP型低阻高效旋风预热器的开发研究

Development of type XP low resistance high efficiency cyclone preheater.

开发了一种具有偏心内筒、斜顶结构的XP型预热旋风筒,并对其进行了系统全面的冷态模型试验研究。结果表明,这种旋风筒结构简单、流场分布合理、压力损失低且分离效率较高,是一种性能优良的低阻高效型预热旋风筒。

Type XP cyclone preheater with the structure of eccentric inner cylinder and oblique top was developed,and normal state model experiment was conducte d systematically.The results indic ate that this type of cyclone is simpl e in structure,ratio-nal in flow field distribution,low i n pressure loss and high in separatio n efficiency,and therefore is a kind of low resistance high efficiency cyclone preheater.
