论医学模式的发展对医院建筑形态的影响

A Discussion about the Influence of the Development of Medical Pattern on Hospital Building Form

同人类生活方式的变化对其居住空间形态所产生的影响相似，医学模式的发展也必然对医院建筑 形态的变化发挥着决定性的作用。医学模式从早期的机械医学模式，历经现代生物医学模式，最后发展到当 代的生物一心理一社会医学模式，每一种医学模式都有与其对应的医院建筑形态。因此，建筑师在设计医院 时务必要了解同时代的医学模式，这样才有可能为病人以及医生创造出更好的医疗环境，而伴随着医学模式 的进步，医院建筑也必将处在不断的完善之中。

Generally speaking, any of architects who engages in hospital design must be somewhat puzzled by the exceedingly complicated and ceaselessly changeful hospital function. The reason for that may be they didnt attach full importance to the viewpoint of 'the ceaseless development of medical pattern is the main factor d etermining hospital building form' which is just like the influence of human li fe style on the space form of human habitation. From the mechanical medical pattern in early stage, going through the modern bio medical pattern, then developing into the current biomedical-psycho medical-soci al medical pattern, every medical pattern has its corresponding hospital buildin g form. Therefore, architects could create better medical environment for patien t and doctor only after understanding the medical pattern at present.
