摘要
本文综述了低温等离子体在高分子材料表面改性中的应用。首先,对低温等离子体在其发生和改性高分子材料的特点方面作了概述。接着讨论等离子体表面处理,等离子体聚合,等离子体接枝聚合对高分子材料表面改性的原理及实例。最后,介绍等离子体改性高分子材料表面的工艺过程及工业化设备。
This paper reviews the application of low-temperature plasma on the surface modifica- tion of polymeric materials.The production of low-temperature plasma and its characteristic of modifying polymeric materials are represented.Then the principles and examples of sur- face treatment,polymerization and the surface modification of polymeric materials by means of plasma grafting polymerization are discussed.Finally,the processes of surface modification technology by plasma and the industrial instruments of plasma are introduced.
