乳腺癌中雌激素受体亚型对血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的影响 被引量:6

Effect of different estrogen receptor subtypes on vascular endothelial growth factor protein expression in human breast cancer samples

摘要 目的 评价人乳腺癌新鲜标本中不同雌激素受体 (ER)亚型和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的关系 ,探讨其在肿瘤血管生成中可能的作用。 方法 收集乳腺癌患者手术标本 86例 ,用蛋白质印迹法检测ERβ和VEGF含量 ,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测ERα的含量 ,对ER亚型和VEGF表达关系进行比较。 结果  86例乳腺癌患者中VEGF高表达 4 4例 (5 1 2 % ) ,低表达 4 2例(48 8% )。VEGF与ERα表达差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但和ERβ表达差异有非常显著性意义 (χ2=7 36 ,P <0 0 1) ,ERβ高表达患者 ,VEGF水平明显升高。  结论 乳腺癌患者中VEGF蛋白表达可能受ERβ亚型的影响。 Objectives To evaluate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor expression with estrogen receptor(ER) subtypes in fresh human breast cancer samples, and study the potential effect of ER subtypes on tumor angiogenesis. Methods Western blot was used to detect the VEGF and ERβ protein expression in 86 fresh samples of human breast cancer. ERα was analyzed by immunohistochemistry routinely. Results Among 86 samples, 42(48 8%) showed low expressed VEGF and 44(51 2%) high expressed VEGF. The level of VEGF protein was correlated with ERβ. In high expressed VEGF group, ERβ was also highly expressed (χ 2=7 36, P< 0 01). But there was no significant difference between VEGF protein level and ERα ( P> 0 05). Conclusion In human breast cancer samples, VEGF may be related to ERβ protein expression.
